There has been a lot of inbreeding everywhere humans lived before the advent of modern transportation. If you trace Jesus' lineage back to King David there were 28 generations giving him 134,217, 728 grandfathers in David's generation assuming no inbreeding. What you reckon was the male population of Jerusalem back then? Would you think that after 28 generations there was anybody not descended from King David?
