Seeing the marks on them, they're grilled.

I use fresh bacon but always half-cook it in the micro before wrapping the scallops.

The pc bacon is in the fridge next to the regular. Raw bacon will not cook before the scallops are done. Cooking til the bacon is done would be highly detrimental to the scallop.

I just sprinkled a little garlic powder and fresh ground black pepper on them. Yes, on the grille.
