My favorite "hotdog" is grilled Conecuh sausage with sauteed onions, peppers and mustard.
Hebrew National beef franks are a close second.
Definitely going to have to source and try some of those HEB beef brisket hot dogs.

Maine red snappers are my favorites. Cooked on the griddle in some peanut oil, with a healthy dose of fried onions.

Growing up on the "south side" of Cincinnati, Kahn's hotdogs and Blue Grass brats and metts...
Kahn's also used to make the hands down best bacon in the Cincinnati market. However, the Kahn's brand has been bought and sold multiple times in the past two decades. Somewhere, Kahn's bacon fell off the wagon...

Queen City Sausage is my favorite. It's a local Cincinnati brand. I love their Metts and Smoked Sausage. Their Goetta is also my favorite. I usually go through a pound of it every weekend
