For me, I went to school up to fifth grade with Janet Daily, Janet Hardon.

Al Gore introduced himself to me in 88 when he was a senator from Tennessee running for president.

I met NFL couch George Allen when was between jobs helping couch Morning Side preseason at a Jiffy Lube sponsored event.

My son went to school with Toby Keith’s son. They played on the same football team, baseball team, and basketball team. Toby helped coach football and baseball. Been out to his place several times. He built a nice baseball diamond for the team out there, and also put in a nice batting cage and pitching machine out there for the baseball team as well. His kids went to Norman Public Schools. He was just like one of the other dad’s out at the athletic fields. Except he made 45 million dollars a year.

Worked as a car valet at a couple of swanky places in high school and have handed over a few celebrity's cars but that was the only interaction. I remember Lee Marvin and Jay Silverheels (Tonto) the most, Lee was drunk as a skunk and Jay Silverheels wore western styled clothes - arrow pockets, bolo tie, that sort of thing, and his boots had silver heels.

Mingled with a bunch of celebrities at a Pro-Am golf tournament once, a lot of the early 70's Miami Dolphins - Griese, Csonka, Garo Yepremian,, also Jack Nicklaus, Bob Hope, President Ford, Jackie Gleason again - his golf cart was decked out like a Rolls Royce with the distinctive grill and flying woman hood ornament and had a built in bar.
