I’m a big fan of the Remington AccuTips in 2 3/4”. I’ve killed every deer I’ve ever shot at with that gun/slug combo. Blessed by the good Lord above to have gotten all of them too.









I forgot to put the 220 in this pic, but I did get this buck with it.

I've harvested VA whitetails with Lightfields, Barnes expanders and Accutips. Been feeding a steady diet of accutips for 4 or 5 years now. Probably 50 deer or so in that time. I like them in 3" which shoots 4 inches higher at 100 than the 2-3/4" with the same point of impact at 50. There's only about 1" in the difference between 50 and 100 with the 3".
