Anybody got any first hand experience with them? Won one at a DU banquet and don’t know much about them. It will probably be a couple weeks before I make it to the range so curious to hear some opinions until then.

They are excellent handguns. FN is a first rate gun maker, and these are well liked. Congrats.

Have you actually shot one or is this what you have heard? I was wondering how the factory trigger compares to the other options in it's class.

I thoroughly researched them when they first came out, and as soon as a local dealer got one in stock, I was there to check it out. Only reason I chose not to buy was that I didn't like the ambi mag release, which required me to shift my grip a little to eject, due to the fact that when you push the mag release on one side, it protrudes from the other side against the palm of your hand. Were it not for that, I would have picked it up. But every review on it that I read or viewed was positive in terms of shootability, reliability, quality, etc.. Ultimately, the ambi mag release issue would likely have ended up just being a training issue, i.e., you'd get used to it.

Which model did you get?

Slaves get what they need. Free men get what they want.

Rehabilitation is way overrated.
