At a gun show,I seen a 10 ga.side by sde with 36 inch barells.I regret I didn't buy it back then.For the life of me,I can't think who made it.I want to take my next deer with a shotgun,and would like to find one of these cannons.I am willing to give up my commemorative rifle mentioned earlier in this forum.Any ideas where to pick up this shotgun.

Sorry, my only 10 SxS only has 32" barrels.
Why the desire for 36"? To reach out and literally touch them?

The Matador was a good quality double 10 with 36 in barrels which was imported from Spain or Andorra in the 1970's. Real brute if I recall.

Thanks thats a good beginning.As far as wanting a 36 inch double,never hunted deer with a shotgun,so I just thought I would go for the gusto.Outside of Federal,I don't see too much out there for 10 ga in buckshot or slugs.

The 2oz slug weighs 875 grains at something like 1500 f/sec and would even stop a charging chipmunk.  Wayne
