How would you mount it? I want it secure, low and lightweight. What is the best option?

Gun currently has a 20 MOA rail on it, but it appears that is going to put my scope 3/4" higher than needed.

Zeiss V4 4-16x44 on a Browning Hell's Canyon 7mm-08. Open to suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

I would mount it in a set of Low Seekins rings and call it good...Add check piece if needed....

Talley Lightweight will be your lightest and lowest option. You'll not be able to get it very low with a rail. I end up having to put cheek risers on most of my guns with rails unless the stock has a high cheek piece from the start.

I would think super lows wouldn't work. Lows will be close but removing the rail and going with the light weights is a pretty good weight savings, it will help off set the weight of the scope some.

Ordered a set of Talley LW lows last night, so we'll see.

My X-Bolt with .225" high bases and low .235" Recknagel rings holding a Meopta Meopro 3.5-10x44. Absolute perfect line of sight for me. RJ
