If Floyd had been found sitting at home, the cause of death would have been listed as overdose.

Thanks for posting that. Anyone who watched the video with a clear head saw that Floyd was blitzed out of his mind, as were most of the other people on the street. It can't be murder if his death was due to the drugs, unless the cops administered the drugs.

If he was at home, it would have been listed as covid. Whit cop was involved....

I thought he lost consciousness from being choked. I guess that had absolutely nothing to do with anything. Did that actually happen? I'm too exhausted by all this crap to look into it anymore.

But no one wanted to hear that he would have died anyway.

So when do the charges get dropped?

So what happens if hit somebody over the head or just punch an old guy too hard ,whatever. Does this mean that if I can prove he was about to die anyway,I'm off the hook?

He died in the hospital at 9:25 PM.

You are off the hook for murder. That is why the cause of death is so significant. If you didn't cause the death through your actions, you can't be charged with murder. There are several other serious charges that would likely still apply, but the cop who was on Floyd was charged with 2nd Degree Murder, and the other three officers were charged as accessories to 2nd Degree Murder. If he died at his own hand, there was no murder.

Interesting that the PA's office released this.

Might be they're lookin for a way ta get outta this crap case.

Doesnt the audio recording confirm.....floyd himself said he was going to die......implying he knew he took too much?

My guess is that the left will say the cops killed floyd by not getting him to the hospital soon enough, after floyd admitted ( per the audio) that he was overdosing.

The cause of death should also change from Homicide to Accidental. In a fair world the 3rd Degree Murder and the accessory to charges should be dropped.
