Bottom line. Everyone he shot chased him down and attacked him as he was trying to get away from them.

I would not have run and I would absolutely have created a need for more body bags than the kid did.

Interesting, but just can't get past the host in a suit with "backwards" cap !
Have seen it lots at kids formals & graduations, do not understand why an adult would want to look like a fool.
To old, I guess.

I would not defend the rioters. They got what they deserved.
However, the kids life is over. Very likely to spillover to his family.
The kid is from out of state , Had no business being there . He was not protecting the family business.
The kid was looking for action and he found it.
He did not contact police. He did not fill out a police report. He ran home .

That's all I need to know. Correct. And the context informed him that they weren't chasing him to tell him that he dropped his wallet. The context told him, and any reasonable observer, that their intention was serious bodily injury or worse.

There has been at least one person on Twitter threatening this, posted the families home address.
The kid is from out of state , Had no business being there . He was not protecting the family business.
It's not exactly driving from California. I've read about a 30 minute trip from his home to Kenosha.
The kid was looking for action and he found it.
It looked to me like he did all he could to avoid shooting anyone. He wasn't exactly Bo Jackson light on his feet.
He did not contact police. He did not fill out a police report. He ran home .
After the first shooting he pulls out his phone and calls someone. He is later filmed walking toward police vehicles with his hands up.

If he goes ahead anyhow because of his bias, I hope the regular jury watches this. This will certainly be concealed from grand jury, since they are normally indict ham sandwiches in dutiful obedience.

The Prosecutor is not going to watch an Infowars video to make any determination regarding charges filed. The jury won't be watching any Infowars video as they seek to decide the charges, if they go to trial. Grand Jury is null. Charges already filed.

Kenosha is essentially on the state line. Lived my whole life within 30 miles of Maryland, At a point where it's only about 10 miles across to West Virginia. Out of state doesn't always mean far from home. Growing up Cumberland Md was where we shopped, dined, saw movies. Weekend evenings there were more Pa and West-by-god plates than Md.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

5 minute mark he is interviewed. Did someone catch that???

Then a thorough interview of his MOTIVES. To some, that might be important...his stated purpose for him being there.
The audio seems clarified to me. It sounds like his phone call 'might' have been to dial nine 11 to report what happened and get an ambulance, etc. As others entered the scene, he left to avoid further conflict only. At least that's the way I see it.

IF the guy he shot, who was chasing him around, was the short angry dude in the red shirt, there's more likely intent of premeditated aggrivated assault by the guy with the head wound. Perhaps this will help Kyles self defense plea.

That's the good thing about this case is that the extra people coming forward with additional video should clear this young man. I think that the crew at this news station did a good job of organizing and piecing it together this time. I don't expect any big corporate one, but maybe fox, to show this.
