For crowd control, a suppressed bolt action .22 RF with Eley Tenex subsonic ammo. "Shoot and move" from a couple of blocks away. Up close and personal, a home brewed flame thrower with a half gallon of gasoline, a motorcycle battery, and a 12 volt fuel injection pump, plus an electric gas grill igniter. 20 foot range or maybe a little more.

Don't know where you're located,but a "block" can average 100+/-yards on one side by 200+/- yards . The short side might work OK with a subsonic .22 but that long side might be iffy for accurate shooting. Especially with any wind. Of course, if there's a riot, hitting the person next to the one being aimed at works too.

Attacking makes the enemy run, and you CAN'T allow them to get away for long, or they will be back. When it goes hot all over (and it will) remember what you read here. 100 patriots with Ruger #1s would do fine if they have courage, but 5000 with full-auto ARs or AKs that want to "defend" will loose. It's only a matter of time. Defend against the communists and they simply flee and come back later, or in some other place. Attack and they don't come back at all.

That one kid is the talk of the nation. He is no coward. He deserves to be honored. But think of how things would be right now if about 75 to 100 patriots had shown up and ALL had counter-attacked as soon as the communist had attacked. Where would BLM and ANTIFA be in their recruiting efforts this vary morning is ALL those that had been rioting were dead or crippled for life, right now.
Initiative and momentum are ALWAYS on the side that attacks and keeps their attack going. They are the ones that win.
