The main highway, Rezanof, was closed for several hours this morning while Troopers investigated a fatal crash. Near as I can tell a pedestrian was hit and killed. I didn't see A damaged vehicle at the scene. Appears to me to be A hit&run. Not much place to hide headed south. Can't find any details online yet

Tow truck driver that recovered the vehicle after the arrest said it would have been impossible to not know.
