Anyone use it? I just bought a pound of it to try out.

I haven't used Blue but years ago I did try Blue Dot to which Blue is supposedly similar. I'm still using Win 540 and will be for a while longer. I'll probably use Universal when the 540 runs out.
BD was much better in Reifenhauser type shells such as Federal as these have more internal volume which worked well with a bulky powder like Blue Dot (as compared to 540). In compression formed hills like the old Win AA there were the occasional stacking issues but they were not real frequent.
As you only have a pound of Blue, go ahead and try it to see if it works for you. If it does, it would be something to keep in mind if one could not find a different powder. I, personally, would use just about anything else that was suitable but if Blue was all that could be found then that is what I would use. I have several pounds of Blue Dot around but I use it for a very different purpose.

I use Longshot in my 28s. That's what I normally use in my 28, but the local gun shop was out of it at the time so I bought the IMR. I went back this past Sunday and they had some Longshot I guess I overlooked. I'll see how the blue performs.

I’ve used Longshot for 10 gauge and for 1400fps lead 12 gauge loads. I recall it metered well and seemed to burn clean. It sounds interesting for 28s.
