Good day...

Midweek Inspiration:
It is better to heed the rebuke of a wise person than to listen to the song of fools.
Ecclesiastes 7:5

Holding onto anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other the person to die ......

"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me."

No thanks required Brother Jim. The fact that you read them is thanks enough. God bless.

Yesterday I went to the range to try a different powder in my wildcat 8mm. When I got everything out I discovered the chronograph batteries were dead. I picked up everything and went to the check in to scratch my name. And low and behold there were three people I have not seen before so I gave them a one of my bookmarks "The Clay Pot and the Bird". I thanked the Lord for the opportunity to share God's challenge with them.

Today I was successful with the test. RL17 produces more velocity than H4350.

Midweek Inspiration:
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
Hebrews 12:14
Pretty difficult for myself...

When one of my friends received this and referring to my difficulty statement, he responded with...

Yeah it is. The biblical mandate though is to "make every effort ".
Put this together with Romans 12:18

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.
Romans 12:18

As much as it depends on you. That is we are asked to do what we can. The other side may not choose peace but we are mandated to make the effort.
