Time for my grandsons first rifle so I figured I would try and find hin a nice HMR. Only thing I can find right now in my area are the cheap plastic stock savages. Would like something nice that will last him for years to come. If you have anything please let me know. Would prefer 22 =24 inch barrel

Anschutz model 1517 MP R Multi-Purpose .17 HMR has a 25.5" heavy match barrel, two stage trigger, no sights, beavertail forend stock, 9 lbs. Rifle is as new with box.

May be little heavy and above the budget, but top quality!
