How do you guys sight in? Do you swab between shots or do it like you would in the field and just reload? I imagine it would make a difference in grouping and choosing a load that will hit where you want it to on a hunt.

I reuse a damp patch between shots. When it is crazy dirty, I swap in a new patch. Too wet is no good, it just needs to keep the carbon soft.
When I finish I pump it with water and simple green. I clean it to maybe 95%, and get the rest at home with balistrol/water, coat with straight balistrol.

But you aren't going to swab with a wet patch in the field so it will hit somewhere else

Well here in PA you can shoot a few times a day hunting if you are driving a nice area with a gang of hunters.
The first shot is with a clean barrel. Second shot with a dirty barrel without a clean. So that is different.
If I have time, I'll damp patch with a load in the barrel. Not that much for accuracy, but to make sure I can get the next load down the barrel. Better barrels usually clean and load easier.
