Only thing I’d have to check is the current rate of hydroxychloroquine use in Africa. Resistance to chloroquine, the parent compound on the part of the malaria parasite developed years ago is a large part because it was so misused (as an aside, back when it was still effective, 500 mg of chlorine phosphate in the form of two bitter little pills every Saturday morning likely saved my life).

Presuming hydroxychloroquine works by the same mechanism, it prob’ly doesn’t work now either.

The other question is, if Africans are still using it, why aren’t Brazilians?

I'm surprised how well Sweden is doing without draconian policies too.

My theory is that there's multiple reasons like the one in the article, proximity to the equator, and financial motives.

For instance, as soon as another fed grant was offered, all of a sudden my state went from the bottom of the list to having thousands test positive overnight.

There are no trustworthy metrics coming out of Africa. Millions die all the time. They have no meaningful health care.

I posed it that way to one doc. He said he just had a patient die the day before. I told him that he let them die, and we ended our conversation. Pretty sure the weasel has plaquenil at home for his immediate family.

Pure speculation here but there seems to be varying individual immunological resistance to COVID (and everything else including cancer).

Could this vary likewise genetically in ethnic people groups also?

On the HDCQ theory it was first noted that people with Lupus weren't catching the RONA-at all.
Most have been on HDCQ since diagnosis of Lupus.

The CDC doesn’t want it, they want to “manage an artificial pandemic “ for fame and fortune. I’ve read several articles that the CDC get up to 30% of their budget from vaccines. Chloroquine just doesn’t fit in this picture. Plus throw in the polarization of the CDC and you can understand some of their responses.

I fail to see why anyone would take Fauci seriously after all his continuous mistakes.
