So I made pico and cubed Velveeta in the little slow cooker. Bourbon straight up, Moscow Mules, martinis and a Pinot Grigio were served. Happy campers all around. Dear wife is out at 9:15... Conduct is the best proof of character.

A layer of cream cheese 3/8", maybe. 1/2" or so salsa. Good cover of cheddar, or whatever. Cover, nuke till the cheese is melted. Pretty dam good for 3 minutes and not much scratch. Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!
