I know many/ most of you will think I totally destroyed this fine rifle. Before I cut the barrel back, threaded and added the suppressor, I didn’t use the rifle. This way I’ll use it way more often. This wasn’t a family heirloom or something that I’m planning on selling. It shot awesome before and I think better now. This is a Griffin Armament Recce 7 on a 30-06. That’s pretty danged cool! I’m more of a P64 user myself, so anything that keeps the rifles in the field is good by me.

Teddy Roosevelt had a Winchester 92 with a silencer. I think that puts you in pretty good company.

Suppressors definitely are nice on a hunting rifle. I may have to look for a clean one and do the same myself.
