so local school, Little Miami High School has two seniors, a son of a policeman and fireman lead the team out on a friday night football game with blue line and red line American Flags - on 9/11 mind you, and they get suspended for making a political statement. The community is outraged,their suspension is revoked, but it doesn't end there. The superintendent puts a video out on facebook and says the community is filled with "ism's" and then says the confederate flag and blue line flag sends a god awful message JFC, I'll be stunned if the guy has a job this time next week.. Meanwhile, a local nonprofit called Holiday for Heroes heard about the incident and decided to act.
The nonprofit, which has been awarding scholarships and grants in the Tri-State for 15 years, decided to give 100% of their scholarship funds this year to the two athletes.
"Brady and Jarad are true patriots, they did something last Friday that showed they are far beyond their years. These men stood up for a cause they believe in," the nonprofit said in a release. "As they took the field with flags in hand it reminded us how we felt 19 years ago, heartbroken yet strong and united. It is for this reason Holiday for Heroes has chosen Brady Williams and Jarad Bentley as two of our 2020 scholarship award recipients."

He has gotten personal about this and is trying like crazy to deflect - and failing. The poor guys seems unsuited for the role he now has created for himself and looks like he made it worse with that video.
Maybe he has not grasped the principle that the school does not belong to him and the board - it belongs to the community and he and the board are supposed to manage the school in ways that reflect the values and expectations of the community - not his, if his differ from those of the community. Finally, we have on here an example of the parents and community rising up and caring about what happens in their school (even if it is not academics and their learning success) and this sad fellow takes it personally.

Move him to Pre K instruction teaching ABC's and 1-10 counting or cleaning the white boards after the kids go home. The degradation to his Ego would make him quit right quick. No lawyers or drama firing him that way.
