As I understand it, Harry Reid, removed the filibuster element from the nomination process. Also as I understand that It only requires majority vote for SCOTUS. So, let’s get the right person on nomination process NOW. Get it done and force Democrats to impeach w a two thirds vote required.
Dems have already stated they wish to expand and pack a “new” version of SCOTUS. We must seize this time to preserve Our Constitution.

This could very well be the election of my lifetime. (I’m 53)
The election just became infinitely more important. Amy Barrett needs to happen the day after the funeral. If Trump were to lose and we lose the senate, we would once again be beholden to Roberts as the swing vote. I swear they have got to have pics of him with kids. (Either the 2 or 4 legged variety)
If trump wins and we can keep the senate, Thomas is likely to retire within Trump’s second term. This would put 4 appointments to the SC for Trump. Just think of that.
