Just read that accusation the arsonist made toward Judge Napolitano in the daily beast.
Released on September 11.
I had no idea that he was accused of queer activies when I posted. I put no trust in any politician, but Napolitano is the last guy I'd suspect of forcing a 20 Y.O. man into oral sex outside of his house for anyone to see, in the snow. I have doubts about the arsonist's accusation, but as far as the judges future, there's absolutely NO WAY he's on any hiring list. What I said earlier was out of line. I did not know.
That said, I just hope and pray that for THIS appointment DJT will have learned from the swamp appointments he surrounded himself with when he was elected. We don't need another creature from the black lagoon of the district of criminals.
Hopefully he'll have a clear Bill if Rights minded conservative to choose.
