Why? Dems would cram it down the GOPs throat in a nano second. My take is the enemy deserves no mercy. No matter what Trump does he will be hated by the left. He’s got nothing to lose and needs to do what his voters elected him to do. Trump will bring out the left’s insanity, should benefit his campaign as well. Remember a 50-50 vote will leave VP Pence in the position to shove it down the Dems throat and that would be some nice payback on Dems Impeachment Hoax.

Remember a 50-50 vote will leave VP Pence in the position to shove it down the Dems throat and that would be some nice payback on Dems Impeachment Hoax. They'll probably need Pence. Murkowski and Collins will vote against a Trump nominee because it isn't "fair" to nominate someone this late in his term. And then there's Romney.

OBozo doesn't have a damn thing to say about it. What Trump needs to do is take the advice Biden offered yesterday:
“There is no doubt, let me be clear, that the voters should pick the president and the president should pick the justice for the Senate to consider,” Biden emphasized as he spoke to reporters Friday night.
If the current DEM nominee says the chosen president, Donald J Trump, should make the nomination, then he should make the nomination. If the DEMs have an issue with it they need to take it up with Biden whom they selected to be the head of their party.
