Were it up to me I'd fence them all and air drop all the ammo and cocaine they wanted...then just wait for things to get quiet, because eventually, they would.

Over the decades of my law enforcement career I have seen several federal prosecutions (charges brought) for failing to file or filing a false federal income tax return.
