I don't have the love for real estate that many here talk about, and don't crave any more guns, another vehicle, a boat, ATV or whatever. Aside from the security of an enhanced nest egg, if I suddenly got a million or so, I'd probably give most of it away, where it would do some good. Paul Stupidity has its way, while its cousin, evil, runs rampant.
