Yeah, there are a bunch of powders out there that have different designations on the can that are the same. Another is Reloder 15 and Norma 203-B. But have seen some of those listed as the same on Internet sites that were NOT the same, and aren't even close.

I had a friend that bragged about mixing some I4064 and some I4895. He used 4064 data and all was well, I wouldn't do it.

I just did the same thing with H4831sc. There was about 1/2 an inch left in the bottle so poured it into a new 500g bottle and rotated it lengthwise for about 30 seconds to mix it.

There is just one BIG down side to mixing powders to make your own lot.
If there is ever a recall of a certain lot of powder, which occurs more often than some may want to admit, then you now have a whole “lot” (pardon the pun) to throw away................
I saw a few months back that Ramshot powders had a recall/warning on some of their powder........

I got another 8# H4350 yesterday that will be mixed with the older stuff on hand.

That stuff is powdered gold here in Canada. One pounders are selling for $60 plus 15% tx here.

Do it all the time with powders of the same designation..keep things consistent. Haven`t tried mixing, nor do think I will, powders with different numbers. Not that brave yet.

You guys are braver than me. I see your logic but I limit it to very small amounts. I'm talking one ounce at a time kind of thing. But, I do see our logic.
