I remember Barr and others saying, “there will be no Durham report” , it is a criminal investigation and their May be criminal indictment, but no official report like the IG and Mueller.

The report won't be released because they didn't find much. To release the report and admit they found nothing would be embarrassing to Trump. The one FBI lawyer already charged is all they have.
Most people don't really want the truth.
They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.
Fox News host Maria Bartiromo announced earlier today that sources have shared not to expect any interim report or outcomes from the probe by John Durham prior to the election. Obviously for many CTH readers this will not be an unanticipated outcome; however, that alone does not mitigate disappointment. A decision not to pursue honest justice due to the election is ultimately a political decision. The dynamic of worrying about the optics of the political calendar, is itself a political decision.
