Employee shortages are nationwide. This is a fact. If I had guys to hammer nails I'd have 30 houses and 10 retail properties ready to hit the market, and the market is booming, but I don't so I have to make do the best I can. No different from any of the other labor shortages I've had to weather. And weather it I will. nobody hammering nails today. air guns do all the work. I framed houses for 45 years and had guys try to work for me that could barely hammer in nails they were raised on air guns Mine just stop dead if a compressor goes down. I told them there was a bucket of sinkers in the van, did they know what a hammer was for?! One of them said "yeah, to beat [bleep] in place so I can nail it with a nail gun?" I always brought 2 compressors. ran one kept the other for a breakdown. before I started using nail guns I would hit in 50-60 lbs of nails a day

It is over in Texas. I don't understand why Gov. Abbott isn't ending the lockdown like the Gov. of Florida just did. Abbott is getting some bad advice from somebody. I heard he's getting advice from some Baylor Univ. Doctor.

Cheyenne rez is completely shut down this weekend.
They are suffering a lot of losses of older people there. A lot of funerals lately. But it seems to be running through people.
Cases are on the increase in the schools. Go figure. Just need to keep Granny and Gramps away, and let this [bleep] run its course. You cannot stop this stuff, only drag it out and spread the misery.
I think if we just keep the kids away from Grandma and Grandma for four weeks after schools started, we'd be plumb done with this. Rip the dang bandaid off, it's time to be done. Either that, or re-invent the boarding school.....

Is there a beer seller in Poplar? BWAHAHahahahahahahahaa I just wondered because I believe the rez over here is dry. Just laughing, Jim because a credible source once told me that a convenience store right on highway 2 in Poplar went through two truck loads of beer a day. Not really funny because it is such a problem. When I was a kid, Poplar was more than once the per capita homicide capitol of the nation. Lots of sad stuff going on there.
