If you want to know what's in them, there's videos and articles on this site. https://www.vaccinesandchristianity.orgI lost two family members to the same injections that you and your precious wife just got. I often warn seniors about them. They go ahead and get them anyhow, without consideration. Then I am asked to pray for their memory to be like it used to be. I'm reminded now because this happened yesterday by another friend. Best regards

There's no way that I will get another vaccination ever. There is no way my children will get one, either, as long as I have any say.

Comparing cattle to humans is analogous to comparing a lump of coal to a diamond.

Oh for Pete's sake some people are whacky. I've gotten them for years. The last time I had the flu was in 1981. The worst I reaction I get with a flu shot is a sore arm for a day. The science behind them is sound. Some of you people are just a bit paranoid.I got mine for this season 2 weeks ago and I'm doing fine. I'll also take the COVID vaccine when it becomes available.

I'm late to the flu shot controversy...but don't the "experts" pretty much admit that the vaccine is brewed from the previous year's flu du jour and thusly 50% effective at most? I think last year, pre-covid, they admitted it was 38% effective. Jeez, hand washing is probably 50% effective.
Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.

Flu shot...?
If face masks are supposed to be the fix for the covid-19 virus they ought to work every bit as well for flu virus.

I think last year, pre-covid, they admitted it was 38% effective. Jeez, hand washing is probably 50% effective. As I understand it, they look around the world (for us that's primarily the Southern Hemisphere's winter) to see what strain is floating around. Sometimes it mutates before it get to us and sometimes we just get a different strain. Even if they guess wrong and it's not 100% effective, chances are it will provide some level of protection and if you get the flu, it may not be as serious as it otherwise would have been. They obviously have to produce the vaccine before the flu season, so there is some guesswork involved.

Son's oldest daughter is working in a drug store after school, and they're going to give $50 to the employee who can get the most people to come in a get a flu shot. It's a different drug store from the one my wife and I use, but we wanted to help her out so we went to get our shot. Had to fill out a form with some questions on it, and one of them asked if I'd had any steroids lately. I'd had a shot in my shoulder the week before, and was told I needed to wait 30 days after using steroids to take a shot, in order to avoid the chance of any complications. So, that's what I'll do.
I believe they work, and don't give a damn what anyone else thinks. You don't believe in them.............then don't take one.
By the way, when a vaccine becomes available for the covid virus, I plan on taking it.

Happ, I've been the the cattle business many years, vaccines work. I've seen firsthand what happens when animals are vaccinated for certain diseases, and when they're not. I don't figure us humans are much different.
