Surely someone has used this set up before I try to reinvent the wheel...
I've been using spincast for years but they have priced themselves out of the market... I have a couple of moultries that came with the little barrel and they work fine... this place has hogs and I need a bigger drum and have to get it higher so they can't turn it over...

I make my own. I’ll try to take a picture this afternoon if the motor set up. Looks like this. I have ten for the barrel, 20 for motor, 8 for ammo can, 25 for funnel, 20 for solar panel, 20 for the spinner, 20 for varmint cage. I have 125 in winch, pulleys, metal, for tripod.

I can't stand those moultrie pro hunters. If I'm lucky I'll get a year out of one, the last few maybe 3-6 months. They may work better in dryer climates but in middle Ga, just too much humidity/moisture for them.

Little more pricey,
For several years I’ve used Spincast brand outta TX.
Great luck with them and you can get replacement parts.
