Not surprised. Sully's a hero both in military and civilian life, and of great moral character. The antithesis of Trump and his supporters. He is a "hero" in civilian life because he landed a non-powered commercial airliner safely on the Hudson River and, due to video recording because of location and timing, got tons of publicity through NY news outlets. He also got a ton of post-event interviews due to those same outlets. All well and good. The event could have taken place on the Mississippi near the Quad Cities with zero hero exposure - and - the next ten times he would attempt such a landing, he might have failed and drowned everything. Circumstantial hero. He was no hero in military life. Where is the documentation regarding "great moral character"?

He agrees with 498 other retired Generals an Admirals. So like a pet dog, who has been fed all his life by his master, he is loyal to the hands that feeds him... But there are plenty of other military officers and other professionals, who know how to think for themselves.. and that number is probably way higher than 498... I see 498 officers that don't want to lose their retirement checks by pissing off the swamp.... so that put that over the needs of the nation... putting themselves first... just like evidently you do also.

Sully's 15 minutes of fame for landing that plane on the Hudson were over years ago. No one GAF what he has to say about presidential politics, like McArthur he needs to just quietly fade away.

He earned Bachelor of Science at the Air Force Academy, Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology and a Master of Public Administration from University of Northern Colorado during a ten year career in the Airforce 69 to 79 approx. prior to going to work for US Air and its affiliated airlines. How many psychologists do you suppose are voting for DJT or even vote R? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chesley_SullenbergerHe probably just hasn't had his walkaway moment yet. He's qualified to give flying advice. Period. Her's no different from Lebron James in that respect, except it would be basketball advice.

Practice. Hey add, that sig line "Play Cinnamon Girl you sonuvabitch" is that from a flick? No. There was a thread here a while back about concerts, or Neil Young, or some such. Anyway, some poster recounted a concert they had attended and he just went off on Neil Young. Apparently Neil didn't play the song set to this member's liking that evening and he yelled, "Play Cinnamon Girl you Sonuvabitch!" at the stage. Think I read the thread in the morning and blew snot out my nose because I was laughing so hard. Just one if those odd visualuzations that can strike hysterical.
