Got this in a trade locally. It has a 18” black hole weaponry BHW 18” barrel. Tank break. Yhm handguard. Nickel boron bcg and a 10 round? Magazine. The barrel, gas tube, and magazine look unfired. The bcg looks slightly used. It doesn’t any marking on it to determine the manufacturer.

Info for those that don’t know what the 264 is all about: It shoots 6.5 Grendel ammo, just couldn’t use the name Grendel from Alexander Arms so they call it 264 LBC. Same thing with the 50 Beowulf, you can buy non Alexander Beowulf but it’s called the 12.7x42.
This should be a sweet shooter. The barrels sell for $300 alone.

$500 shipped. PayPal f&f, venmo, zelle.
Might trade for a quality 5.56 upper. Also like spikes tactical stuff. And I need a 7.5” 5.56 barrel.

I am a little confused about the various LBC and Grendel chambers and AR bolts. So what is the bolt face depth on your AR bolt? .124" or .136"? I believe BlackHole Weaponry did both at the customer’s request for a while. Also is it throated at .295 as by LBC or at .300 as named in the SAAMI spec for a Grendel chamber? Was this barrel built before Columbia River Arms took over BlackHole?

Ya it is confusing. This bolt and headspace would be the type 1 which is .124, the stronger bolt. The Original Grendel is now designated as a type 2.
According to the barrel it would be throated LBC which is .295. Les Baer Custom‘s who is responsible for the Grendel clone made those changes to improve the round.
As far as Pre Columbia I’m not sure. It looks like a bhw barrel and don’t know if Columbia still engraves the barrel exactly like they use too?
Edit: looking at Combias website it doesn’t appear to have the bhw on the barrel so I’d assume it’s pre Columbia.
