Now that I have your attention. How was your Sunday.

Grilled Mexican corn two ways and chicken thighs.

The way my youngest daughter likes it, sacrilege. Lemme guess Big Jim likes corn off the cob as well๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜Ž

The way normal people eat it.

Oh my.

I have seen a couple of video recipes for that stuff.

The mayo kinda threw me at first.....but it still sounds good.

I even have a bottle of Tajin....or something.

I like my corn attached yet. I have super Eskimo chompers.

Super simple gents. Like putting condiments on a hotdog.

With all the corn on the cob we've eaten this year gotta constantly change things up.

We are still getting Brentwood Sweet eating corn for 10-15 cents an ear. Longest season I can remember.

Those doctored ears look tasty, Fats. I need to try that.

Generally, we enjoy just plain corn. No butter, no salt. When we get fancy, we put chili or cayenne powder on half a lime with some salt, for each person, and use that to mop on the ear(s) as desired.

The PNW isn't much into corn, at least around here. "How tall is the corn?", isn't something I hear anyone ask during summer. It's shameful!

Love grilled in the husk corn thats been the the fridge a day or two. Just peel and eat. Great cool treat on with a cold beer after a long hot day.
