Courious,
when I open the site w/o logging in it's brown borders like before,now today 10/3 when I log in it's blue?
Is that the way it's set up or do I have a funk going on?

When you log in the color will change to whatever style you have selected in your preferences. Or the color can be changed towards the bottom of the page below the quick reply box.
