When I's a teenager...............cornhole WASN'T a game and WASN'T something a young feller wanted tangled up in............unless he was one of them funny fellers that took 4 years of Home Ec.

Yes, I hate the name of that game. Funny to whoever came up with it I guess.
Fun to play at a party or family gathering to pass the time. I still prefer washers myself though (pit style, not on boards)

First time I heard that term used in mixed company to describe a game, I 'm sure my jaw hit the floor and my eyes bugged out. Managed to keep quiet until I finally figured out what they were talking about.  How the hell did an innocent little game wind up with that name, anyway?
