Big question right now because the Anchorage Assembly votes tonight on extending his emergency powers...
If it really does involve sexting an underage "escort" he should have had the sense to just quit.

Several different unanswered questions make me wonder what the real story is...
Did she force his hand and make him admit everything he did?
Or did he admit just the tip of the iceberg hoping it will all go away?
Or, far more likely, there is much more to the story and reality rests somewhere between? Ding! Well there are numerous conspiracy going around.. 1. They had the reporter arrested so Berkowitz and crew could get rid of evidence 2nd one they had her arrested so they could go to her house find the pictures and get rid of them. 3rd one they got her locked up, to get her to cooperate with them. Hope that she had evidence backed up somewhere, since she decided to go public. Online backup, or zip drive sort of thing.

I saw where Felix Rivera came out and condemned the mayors actions. Very convenient that Rivera is next in line if lil e' resigns or is forced out...

I don't see a real upside to this whole deal. Rivera is as corrupt (maybe more) as Spendowitz. Nothing but corruption in Anchorage politics apparently.
