Sporting specialist: I am not sure that anything Rudy Giuliani says is true - just last night I saw slow joe plugs scratch and sniff biden declare that this is "all just a scam" and that he won't respond to any questions about those millions and millions and millions of dollars divied up amongst his spawn and himself!
