Bought a truck that had a dried in place Harley sticker on the back window. Half a bottle of GoopOff and could not even get it to smear after using a razor scraper. Acetone/not. Found an old can of lighter fluid and whole window cleaned right up. Try it.

Hoppe's number 9 is pretty good at getting stickum off and if it don't at least it'll make your car smell good.

Goof Off is a different product. I think it's MEK. Quickly removes layout dye and a lot of other things.

I've used this to loosen and de-solve silicone caulk.
