For sale is a semi-custom Winchester M70 Classic (G157XXX) in 7MM Rem Mag.

Specs are as follows:
New Haven "Classic" action, serial number G157XXX
Graphite Black Cerakote
Shilen #3 Contour Stainless Barrel at 24"
Tuned factory trigger (the famed "Classic" open trigger)
McMillan Hunters Edge Stock, 13.5" LOP
PT&G Bottom Metal
Threaded for a Muzzle Break
Includes KDF Muzzle Break and a Thread protector

Whole thing weighs 6 pounds, 9 ounces. I can include a set of picatinney style bases if you would like. Rifle has a couple beauty marks, shown below in the photos.

Approximately how many rounds through the bore? Any info on accuracy or load preferences?

I'm the second owner, so can't provide an accurate round count. Prior owner said it was fairly low though.

I have actually never shot it. This is what you might call an impulse buy and, with my first kid just born, haven't had much free time to go to the range. It overlaps some other rifles in the collection, so figured I might as well send it to a new home.

Any documentation on the original build receipt?

No build receipt, but for customs I’ve built personally I can’t say I’ve been presented one of those either. That was the info given to me at purchase and I have no reason to believe otherwise.

If anyone is interested in just the barreled action and bottom metal, would sell everything sans stock for $950. I can provide a factory wood featherweight stock at no additional charge.
