Thanks for posting this 'flave. When I saw it I was all like Gruff...all negative and such, but then I started thinking about women related to it and decided this whole thing is a danged good thread. That chick in Happy Gilmore was damned hawt. The one in Billy Madison was too. I didn't like the Gator gettin' Apollo Creed's hand though. That kindly sucked ass.

I had to learn to play golf a few years ago when I was sent into Iran on a covert mission. Turns out the contact was an Iranian who grew up in Japan and developed a love for the game, and he wanted to have our meeting on the only golf course in Iran, which doesn't even have 18 holes. So I went into an intensive golf training program outside of Langley and ended up learning so well that I beat Barack Obama one day (it was in the locker room).
I hit a dozen holes in one on the Iranian course and was recruited to join the Iranian Olympic golf team. Which did you cold-cock with your 1911? Was it Obama, or the Iranian guy? This is getting intense.

I took this sport up a couple months ago and I couldn't believe the number of parallels between hunting and shooting.
I play four to five days a week since the Believers shut down my local USPSA. It has been a fine substitute.
Does anybody else here love golf? No, but then I don’t shoot a 6.5 creedmoor either

My golf experience is limited to sneaking onto the Rolling Hills golf course in Tucson, AZ as a boy with my buddies, catching catfish out of the water hazard, and being chased off by the greens keeper. It was great sport.
