Funnest thing I remember about golf was going to the Navy recreation field in San Diego for picnics.
We kids would sneak out on their gold course, wait till a foursome got all their shots on the green. Then, while they were walking up we'd run out on the green and shuffle balls around, or sometimes chuck 'em back the way they came.
Old duffers would be cussin' us something fierce.

sinton's not one of my favorite towns, actually not many around here i care for, but Nat said they have a nice course i guess for down here. northshore is nice but they didn't like me taking off the softshells head with the 9 iron and throwing it in the ice chest. someone saw me do it.

TX used to have a lot of dry counties, not sure if they still do. And "Blue Laws" where you couldn't buy booze of any type on Sundays even in a wet county/city.

I once lost my [bleep] on my boss for buying an 18 pack because they make a 30. Then the next day I walked out of the gas station with 18 pack with him driving because it’s all they had. One of my best moments and he still brings it up when I’m being a douche bag.
