Dandy looking buck!! Congrats!

Though I've only used Scenars in 6.5mm, I've yet to see anything to give me pause in using them on critters.

A real good buck and looks like it would be a fun hunt. Congrats!

Were you walking ridges looking down into the brush?

Yes - it is big steep remote country....almost 4 miles to get this guy out.....Rained hard the entire trip out....like we all jumped in a pool.

Very nice buck. Having lived in Idaho for 30 years I saw some fantastic bucks and managed to get a few nice ones. Again congratulations.

Nicely done! Another “target” bullet victim! 😁
Just curious why you didn’t cut off the leg at the joint? Less weight to haul.

In the last 5 years those target bullet scenars in 139 and 150 grain variations have killed 16 animals with 18 shots by me and my friends/family...(deer, elk, antelope, black bear - from 75-480 yards)
