Mu recent stump, missing three in the middle Moving to Hawaii? Bad joke, Sorry. I split my index finger, and mangled my thumb pad with a tablesaw when I was 12. Not fun but I’m grateful to still have them.

I had an old spruce kick my butt in Alaska. The neighbors named it "nemesis", lol. Spruce aren't bad. Shallow roots. Those white-barked things, on the other hand, can be a real birch.
