Had one for almost 30 years, developed an issue early this year.
Sent it back to Leupold and they sent me a brand new 15-30x50 made in America Gold Ring Spotting Scope to replace it, NO charge.

I keep one of these in the cabinet at the 400 yard range at my farm. Great for looking at targets at distance. In the right conditions (Sun at your back in the mornings) and with a splatter target, easy to see where you are at 400 yards. I paid a similar price for mine a couple of years ago. No brainer.
