Have all the science based books on whitetail that I care for, looking for some books along the lines of vintage deer hunting stories or maybe B&C stories, something that might fall in line with Macquarrie or Nash Buckingham or Mcmannus style writings.
Edmund Ware Smith has some books with deer hunting stories from Maine, as well as the One Eyed Poacher stories. Check Abebooks, as all of his stuff is out of print. Some is pricey, but some is reasonable.
