Is the only difference between the 22-6mm and the 224TTH the shoulder angle?

Yes there can be, it depends on who made the reamers. If you go to "4D Reamer Rental" they show two different reamers and they are different. They show a drawing for both. You also need to worry about getting dies to match the reamers.

In my experience dies won't differ as much as as throat length--which is easily handled by bullet seating depth.
