OP Gristle Campfire Regular Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 1,362 Likes: 1 Tn	.....was in town for a few days and due to weather earlier in the week I couldn't get in for a flight. Well today was a beautiful day in E. Tn and I was invited to a luncheon and got to go for a ride. I wanted to ride in the ball turret position but my fat ass and their insurance policy wouldn't allow it and what i would have given to be able to do a bombing run thru downtown Pigeon Forge with a bombay full of 500 pounders

I can't imagine that a bombardier could egress from his fighting position in a B-25 with a chute on. The passage way is so small.
