No doubt! I’m fairly good at sharpening knives and such, but dayum, cutting a floating leaf? 7mm
We watched a film on the crusades when I was in high school. In it, King Richard was trying to impress Saladin, so he took a mace, laid it across the arms of a chair and cut the handle in two with his sword. Saladin then took his sword, held it blade up, and dropped a silk scarf across it, which fell into two parts. He explained to the King that he, Richard, had shown the strength of his arm, while he, Saladin, had shown the sharpness of his blade.
I remember that movie!!!! We saw it in school as well. Made like in the 30’s. I think we were in like 4th grade. Impressed the hell outta me!!
Love to see that scene again!
