I pray to God the info I am posting here is wrong, I will let you all be the judge.
I was watching Steve Bannon on his YouTube show "Pandemic War Room" having retire U.S. Air force General Thomas McInerny discussing the
plot the DNC intends to steal votes by using a cyber program to alter the votes at the state election boards.
The original cyber program was developed by a cyber genius ( McInerny's quote) named Dennis Montgomery for the NSA in suburban Maryland giving the NSA the ability to monitor Terrorist communications around the world. The program is called "Hammer".
The NSA involved the CIA in the program ( AKA Brennen) and the CIA realized the program's potential to be used in altering election outcomes.
The election altering program was renamed...."Scorecard"
Gen McInerney stated Obama used the program to alter Florida votes in the 2012 election. Scorecard has also been used In foreign countries to alter election outcomes. Gen McInerny also stated the Scorecard program was utilized during the Democratic primaries to alter votes for Bernie.
I have a great deal of respect for Steve Bannon as he orchestrated Trump's WIN in 2016. I do not perceive Steve Bannon as a conspiracy theorist.
Steve Bannon did end the segment statement stating he has until election eve to get to the bottom of this. My gut feeling is many states will use the
recount of Mail-in ballots as the excuse to delay the final counts yet this is a smokescreen..the count altering is being done in the counting machines themselves.
I hope non of this is true.....but if it is the Deep State is alive and well.

If the stealing is being done in the machines themselves, then a forensic examination of that machine would reveal the issue correct?

As I switched back and forth through liberal and conservative stations I heard complete confidence from the Black stations and NPR et al that Biden will win. They think they have Georgia. They are sure they'll win the senate.
