I've got 10 lbs left but - damit...
They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

I did not know that. Have about 1/2 pound left. It’s been my go to 17 REM powder for 20 plus years.

In the past twenty years that I have been using it, I never thought it got the respect it deserved. What with all the new powders that have been developed, they just didn't push it on us anymore. Use it mostly in my 22-250s behind any bullet.
I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

It wasn't long ago, I saw an article on line, about it being a great substitute for the guys who couldn't find Varget.... I prefer IMR still over most Hodgdon/ADI powders...

I have 5 lb unopened and a little. I'd let it go face to face NE SD.
I prefer classic. Semper Fi I used to run with the hare. Now I'm envious of the tortoise and I do my own stunts but rarely intentionally

...another classic bites the dust. Wonder what else is on the chopping block?

I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

I know Varget and IMR4320 are supposed to be the same thing... but my 22-250 doesnt. I always got slightly better speeds and slightly tighter groups with the 4320

IMR 4320 is my go to in the 35 Whelen with a 250 gr bullet and it is my favorite for the 115 gr Speer HP in the 7x57 mm. Got a good supply.

I used it for the 300 Savage and 350 Rem. Mag. I'm annoyed at having to find new loads. Who, other than Hodgdon, sells powder in the U. S.?

I just bought a pound of 4320 because it was supposed to be a good replacement for Varget. But, there is significant difference between the 2 loads listed on the Winchester/IMR/Hogden web site between the 2. I have been reluctant to use it in My M1 Garand because of that difference. I loaded the Garand ammo at 48.4 grains and it shot very well. Since I don't have a chrono to confirm velocities I am currently holding on to the 4320 until I can get some Varget.

I also noticed H4895 wasn't there either... I just went on their reloading site, and picked the 243 and 3 bullet weights, and checked off H 4895 and 4320.. on the end of that, it gives a spot to click to purchase the powder... 4320 listed no longer available H 4895 just listed currently out of stock...
